Do you have the gift of gab and a knack for turning cold calls into warm conversations? We’re looking for an Appointment Setter who can charm their way into anyone’s calendar. If you’re a natural conversationalist who loves connecting with people and setting the stage for successful sales interactions, this role is for you!

In this role, you will:

  • Cold Call Specialist: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products or services and piquing their interest enough to book a meeting.
  • Master of Persuasion: Use your communication skills to engage prospects, handle objections, and create interest that leads to scheduled appointments.
  • Calendar Keeper: Schedule appointments between prospects and our sales team, ensuring all parties are well-informed and ready for productive discussions.
  • Follow-Up Enthusiast: Keep in touch with leads through emails, calls, and other touchpoints to ensure they don’t fall through the cracks.
  • Data Tracker: Record all interactions, updates, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system, ensuring everything runs smoothly and nothing is missed.
  • Script Adaptor: While scripts are your starting point, you know how to adapt your approach to fit the conversation and keep things natural.
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with all the information they need for successful meetings and to align on strategies.
