Are you meticulous about keeping records and passionate about numbers? We are looking for a diligent Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. If you have a flair for organization and a commitment to accurate financial reporting, this role is tailor-made for you!

In this role, you will:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions, ensuring that every dollar is accounted for and recorded accurately.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable: Handle invoicing, manage incoming payments, track overdue accounts, and make timely payments to suppliers.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Regularly perform reconciliations of bank accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position.
  • Budgeting Assistance: Assist in preparing detailed budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with the management team.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, and that all necessary deductions and reports are handled properly.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and file VAT returns, assist with tax preparation and filings, and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve bookkeeping and financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy within the department.
