  • Travel Arrangements: Book all aspects of travel for employees, including airfare, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget considerations.
  • Itinerary Management: Create detailed travel itineraries that meet the specific needs of employees, taking into account time zones, transit times, and connectivity.
  • Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate with travel service providers to secure the most cost-effective and convenient options.
  • Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with corporate travel policies and manage travel documentation and requirements, such as visas and other documents.
  • Emergency Support: Support travelling employees in case of changes or emergencies, offering solutions and alternatives to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Expense Management: Track travel expenses and prepare reports on travel spending to help maintain budget controls.
  • Client Service: Maintain high levels of customer service, addressing and resolving any travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
