Are you a high-performing professional who excels at managing executive schedules and ensuring operations run smoothly? We seek an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior executives. If you are adept at anticipating needs, managing complex schedules, and maintaining confidentiality, this position is ideal for you!

In this role, you will:

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to one or more executives, managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Communication Coordination: Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Meeting Management: Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda preparation, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the security of the executive’s communications and records.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in project management by coordinating with various teams and ensuring that all project deliverables are met according to timelines.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversee special projects and events.
