In this role, you will:

  • Support Specialist: Provide administrative support to the sales team, from managing calendars to preparing sales documents and presentations.
  • Customer Liaison: Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring they get timely and accurate responses, whether it’s about products, orders, or appointments.
  • Order Coordinator: Manage order processing from start to finish, including tracking shipments, updating customers, and ensuring all paperwork is in order.
  • CRM Master: Maintain and update the CRM with the latest information on customers, leads, and sales activities, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
  • Document Dynamo: Prepare and organize sales materials, contracts, and reports, making sure the sales team has everything they need at their fingertips.
  • Meeting Organizer: Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internally for the sales team and with clients, ensuring everyone is informed and prepared.
  • Data Analyst: Compile sales data and reports, providing the team with insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align activities and support overall business objectives.
