Key Responsibilities:

• User Experience Design: Develop and refine intuitive and engaging user experiences. Conducted user research, created user personas, and mapped user journeys to understand and address user needs.
• Interface Design: Create user interfaces for various digital platforms, including web, mobile, and apps. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction.
• Collaboration and Iteration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into living, breathing prototypes and eventually into full-fledged products.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs, ensuring the end product is functional and user-friendly.
• Visual Design: Apply principles such as colour theory, typography, and composition to create aesthetically pleasing layouts and elements.
• Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and provide a great user experience for everyone, regardless of ability.
• Brand Consistency: We maintain brand consistency throughout all our digital projects, adhering to company style standards for fonts, colours, images, and layout.

Who You Are:

• Creative and Analytical: You blend creative design skills with a methodical approach to effectively meet user needs and business objectives.
• Experienced in Design Tools: Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• Knowledgeable in UX Principles: Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centred design processes, and responsive design.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented: You have an acute attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design assets.
• Adaptable: Able to adapt to changing project requirements and work within tight deadlines.
